Making Email a Little Easier
Managing email is one of those tasks that always seems to pile up. Folders and filters help, but keeping everything consistently organized often ends up being another job in itself.
That’s where this agent comes in. It automatically tags your incoming emails into categories of your choosing: Work, Personal, Financial, Newsletters, or Shopping. Instead of you sorting them out, the system quietly does it in the background and keeps things tidy.
A few details that make it useful:
If a label doesn’t already exist, it creates one for you.
If an email could belong to more than one category, it adds all the relevant tags.
It runs continuously, so you don’t need to think about turning it on or off.
You can also set your own rules so it fits how you like to work. For example, maybe you want all invoices to be tagged “Finance”, newsletters from certain senders to go into a “Reading” category messages from certain people to be categorised “Important”.
In practice, that means you can glance at your inbox and immediately know what’s important, what can wait, and what belongs where—without manually filing things away. It doesn’t try to replace your email habits, just takes the repetitive part off your plate.
The idea started with a simple goal: automate part of my workflow and save time on repetitive tasks. After putting it through plenty of testing, the agent now functions seamlessly.
